1st Fri of each month: Tasty Treats for Teachers - Class parents will be contacting parents on what to bring for this day.
TBD: Picnic on the Playground (POSTPONED TIL AFTER LABOR DAY) Join all of your kids' friends and teachers for a picnic dinner on the playground. You may bring your own dinner to serve to your family or you can purchase our $5 Chick-fil-a combo. It includes a sandwhich, chips, and a bottle of water. Forms will be sent home for you to order your meal or CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD YOUR FORM.
Sept 16: Grandparents Day (Sept 16, after mass) Grandparents are invited to join their HFS students for Mass and a small reception afterwards. We want to show our Grandparents how much we love and appreciate them. Click HERE to RSVP no later than Sept 13th.
Oct 22: Halloween Dance for Middle School (6th – 8th) Middle Schoolers will have a costume dance!! There will be food, dancing, and prizes for best costume!
Oct 22: Spooky Movie night - For our elementary students or those who do not wish to go to the dance, you can join Mrs. Weston and the Booster Club for a Spooky Movie Night.
Dec 4: Breakfast with Santa at HFS - Join Santa and the Knights of Columbus for this wonderful breakfast. There is pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, and juice. Santa will be there for you to take pictures with him.
Dec 7-10: Santa Shop (during school hours) - HFS students will be able to purchase gifts for their loved ones! Most items will be $1.
Spring 2022: Silent Auction - Planning for this event starts in the Fall. This is our biggest fundraiser every year and we need everyone to participate to make it a success. Stay tuned for the theme, date, location, and ways you can help.
TBD: HFS Flea Market and Craft Show - We will host a Flea Market in the late spring. HFS will be selling items donated to the school as well as vendors will be selling their wares and crafts. Each vendor spot will be $20.
May 3 - 7: Teacher Appreciation Week- HFS parents will be asked by their room parents to bring items to show our teachers just how much we love them!
End of May: 8th Grade Graduation - 7th grade parents will host the reception for the 8th graders and their families.
- Help Tuesday afternoons at 1pm to stuff and distribute the Family Folders
- Help with manual labor and beautification like painting, trash clean up, spreading mulch, moving items, etc
- Chaperone field trips (Necessary forms must be completed 2 wks prior)
- Selling items at masses at St. Joseph, St. Mary of the Visitation, or Our Lady Queen of the Universe Churches
