Soccer
Co-ed soccer is offered to all Holy Family students grades Pre-K through 8th grade. Early years are developmental focusing on basic instruction, sportsmanship, and teamwork. In grades 5-8 soccer becomes more competitive and players are introduced to more advanced features of the sport. Holy Family Regional School is a member of the Huntsville Independent School League. Basketball
Students in grades 3-8 may participate in our basketball program. Fundamental skills are taught in the early grades, while the sport becomes more competitive in grades 5-8. Volleyball

Cheering
Holy Family supports a girls cheering squad starting in the fourth grade. The squad cheers at basketball games for both 7/8 grade boys and girls. Track
In the Spring, Holy Family supports a track team consisting of grades 4-8. Holy Family participates in approximately 5 meets annually and travels to Birmingham to compete in the Toy Bowl.
